The CSC has a Google calendar that is visible to all UCSC accounts if you subscribe to it (same as the PSB and Sinsheimer autoclave calendars, for example). Or if you are logged in to your CruzID Google account, you can view it here or below. At the bottom right corner of the calendar below is a plus sign [+] and if you click on that, you can add the CSC calendar to your saved calendars in Google, if you’re logged in to your CruzID.

You will have to set up your own notifications if you want to receive them for events on this calendar – you can have it automatically send you invite emails to any event on this calendar, you can have it ping you with a notification 10 minutes before the event, etc.

Please note that we also have a Google Space for sharing updates and files. To access this, email Beverley to add you. Please use this to communicate a any issues you encounter with CSC equipment so everyone can be made aware of it as soon as possible.
